Content may include:

The organisers retain the right to use such content for promotional and commercial purposes relating to the Scholarship and associated activities.

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to securely store personal information and protect it from unauthorised access, disclosure or misuse.

The safety and wellbeing of young participants is extremely important to us. Appropriate safeguarding procedures and supervision measures will be implemented throughout all Scholarship activities and events.

All members of the Race to Rotax programme involved in direct participant interaction, supervision, coaching or event operations will have been checked and vetted to ensure they hold a valid Enhanced DBS check completed within the previous 3 years.

Parents/guardians are encouraged to raise any safeguarding concerns directly with the organisers at any time.

The Scholarship may utilise third-party platforms including social media services, online forms and video platforms. Use of these platforms may also be subject to their own privacy policies and terms.

The organisers reserve the right to amend or update this Privacy Policy where reasonably necessary. Updated versions will be made available through official Scholarship communication channels.
